What Happens if Something goes Wrong?

First step if something goes wrong is to contact the bike shop you purchased your bike from.

They will assess the situation and recommend a solution.

They will contact us on your behalf if required.

Servicing & Parts

We recommend you have your bike regularly serviced by a Bike Shop who sells Hyperformance Hardware products. They know our products well and care about your bike. They are the experts.

Parts are stocked in New Zealand and are available from your Bike Shop when you get your bike serviced or direct from us.
