  • Keep up with basic maintenance at home using the Ibis Cycles Support guides, tips and tricks and get a regular service at an Ibis NZ dealer. They know the products well and care about your bike. They are the experts.

    Keep in mind that extreme conditions and high usage levels can accelerate service intervals.

    A selection of parts are stocked in New Zealand and are available through your dealer at servicing or you can purchase direct from us.

  • Ibis will replace your worn cle­vis or low­er piv­ot bush­ings free of charge to the orig­i­nal own­er for the life of the prod­uct.

    The process is simple: Fill out the Order Form, email a copy of your purchase receipt to warranty@hyperformance.nz, and we'll be in touch within two business days to get your bearings on-order.

    There is a small courier charge, it is not much but it does add up for us.

  • First step is to contact the bike shop you purchased your bike from.

    They will assess the situation and recommend a solution. They will contact us on your behalf if required.
