Ibis Cycles Warranty Claim Form

To initiate a warranty claim, it's easiest to go through the bike shop where you bought your bike or accessories. If for some reason you cannot do this, please fill out the claim form below.

Before starting, have these materials ready to upload or email to warranty@hyperformance.nz to support your claim:

A photo of the damage or issue
A photo of your complete bike
A photo of the bikes serial number. Located under the bottom bracket of your frame.
A copy of the original proof of purchase receipt

Please note that all warranty claims require a proof of purchase receipt in the owner’s name from an authorized Ibis retailer. Claims without a proof of purchase receipt will not be considered under warranty.
