We recommend you have your bike regularly serviced by a Bike Shop who sells Hyperformance Hardware products. They know our products well and care about your bike. They are the experts.

Parts are stocked in New Zealand and are available from your Bike Shop when you get your bike serviced, directly from us at our NZ Webstore or by completing the following form.

For Original Owners - Santa Cruz and Juliana have a life time warranty on bearings and Ibis have a life time bushing replacement warranty. Proof of purchase receipt is required when completing the following form.
