Talk to your NZ Reserve dealer for hub parts, spokes and wheel builds. They know the products well and care about your bike. They are the experts.

Keep in mind that extreme conditions and high usage levels can accelerate service intervals.

First step is to contact the bike shop you purchased your wheels, rims or valves from.

They will assess the situation and recommend a solution. They will contact us on your behalf if required.
