Santa Cruz & Juliana Bicycles offers free replacement pivot bearings to the original owner for as long as they own their bike.

The process is simple: Fill out the Order Form, email a copy of your purchase receipt to warranty@hyperformance.nz, and we'll be in touch within two business days to get your bearings on-order.

There is a small courier charge, it is not much but it does add up for us.

First step if something goes wrong is to contact the bike shop you purchased your bike from.

They will assess the situation and recommend a solution. They will contact us on your behalf if required.
