Santa Cruz Bike Archive

Santa Cruz Bike Archive

Santa Cruz Bicycles now have an extensive Bike Archive with exploded diagrams of all parts and instructions for maintenance and replacement.

This is a pretty handy tool when bikes from the very first produced by Santa Cruz in 1994 and Juliana Bicycles in 1999 are still going strong on the trails.

We carry most parts in stock (test us on your Tazmon).

The IBIS Hakka MX is here and in stock.

The Hakka MX is a gravel bike, a cross bike and a road bike. It is also more than capable of a bike packing trip or two as well.

The Hakka can be fitted with 27.5 mountain bike wheels, where it’ll accept up to a 2.1” tire.

In 700c mode, it’ll accommodate tires from 23c to over 40c nicely.

Exploring Kyrgyzstan

Exploring Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyzstan sounds dangerous. It’s landlocked mountainous borders with China, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan however seemingly isolate it from the rest of our crazy world. It’s like a Switzerland of Central Asia but with only an eighth of the population density. Where the sun bakes the mountains, filling rivers with snow melt, leaving alpine pastures of wild flowers and where the friendly Kyrgyz move at a slower pace of life on donkey and horseback with few cars. It’s perfect cycle touring territory.
