MOJO 4 - PARTS

Ibis Mountain Derailleur Hanger - SOLD OUT
NZ$39.50

Replaceable Aluminum Derailleur Hanger.

142 / 148 Models: The HD, HD-R, SL-R, HD3/4/5, DV9, Ripley and Ripley LS, Mojo 3 and Ripmo & Ripmo AF all use the same hanger.

NOTES:

The earlier Mojo HD with 135mm rear wheel spacing uses a different mount.

The Mojo SL hanger works on the Ibis Mojo, Mojo SL, and Tranny 26.

The hanger designed for the New Mojo 3 and Ripley/ Ripley LS will fit all previous 142 models. It does not require the backing nut of the two-piece fixing bolt assembly as the new hanger has threads built in for the standard chainring bolt used.

NZ delivery only.

  • NOTE: There is not a numerical torque figure for the Hexle. We recommend tightening the 5mm with your multi tool that you carry with you. This way you’ll be able to remove it in case of a flat out on a ride.

ANOTHER NOTE: If you are looking to retrofit your non-Ibis bike with one of our Hexle's, you'll need to know the standard or thread pitch. For some reason, our industry has decided we need three different thread pitches for through axles:

    • Syntace, Specialized and DT use 12x1.0

    • Shimano is 12x1.5

    • Rock shox maxle is 12x1.75

Your bike manufacturer should be able to tell you which of these you need.

For reference here are the shaft lengths of all three options:

  • SRAM 142: 175mm

  • Shimano 142: 165mm

  • Shimano 148 Boost: 171mm
