After an epic 2016 event, the legend of the Nelson Mammoth Mountain bike race returns this year, again in the form of a two day multi stage Enduro race. Get your training programme into gear with over 1500 metres of climbing and 3100 metres of timed descent. Riders get one uplift per day to take on the challenging course with 4 or more timed stages per day. $4000 worth of prizes and $1000 in cash make this an event not to miss!

Nelson Mountain Bike Club are picking the cream of Nelson's grade 5 tech trails - some old favourites and some new trails never raced before! There will be a shuttle to the top of Fringed Hill (800+m) on each of the days, and the rest will be pedalled. The reward... knowing you could and did, testing yourself against the best and having a tonne of fun. Event hub will be at Maitai Golf Course on Maitai Valley Road.
